What the baseline means
In a three-player group, the equal-seat baseline is 33.3%; in a four-player group it is 25%. The analyzer never mixes those conditions or rules versions.
Why every seat is shown
“First player” is only one possible positional effect. Later seats can receive information, compensation, or end-of-round advantages, so each seat receives its own count and 95% Wilson interval.
What to record next
When a pattern appears, retain player experience, seating method, faction, scenario, and any compensation rule outside this minimum schema. Randomize or rotate seats in the next comparable sessions before attributing the signal to turn order.
