Quote breakdown

QuoteQtyManufacturingFixedLogistics + unit costsTotalPer game

A lowest total is not automatically the best supplier choice. Check specifications, payment terms, quality process, timing, and risk separately.

How the comparison works

Total cost equals manufacturing subtotal plus tooling, inspection, other fixed costs, freight, duties, customs, inbound, and other per-unit costs multiplied by quantity.

Input guidance

Enter only values supplied or approved for your project, in one currency. If production quantities differ, the tool warns you because a per-game comparison becomes more meaningful.

Example

A lower factory subtotal can lose its advantage when tooling or freight is higher. The table keeps those drivers visible rather than ranking only by a headline unit price.

Assumptions and limits

This tool does not estimate supplier prices, exchange rates, tax treatment, or shipping. Confirm commercial terms and final specifications with your suppliers.
