Creator-to-artist-to-production workflow

Tabletop Art Asset Handoff

Turn an art list into clear briefs, visible production status, a checkable delivery, print-size evidence, and a usable credits record—without uploading project files.

Local processing: CSVs and artwork selected in these tools stay in this browser tab.

Five distinct handoff decisions

Use the tool for the stage you are approving.

The workbench does not invent a universal art pipeline. It turns your project rules and supplier requirements into reviewable records.

Define

Write one decision-ready brief per stable asset ID.

Track

See what is unbriefed, unfinished, or past its milestone.

Receive

Reconcile the named files against the expected delivery.

Measure

Check pixel evidence against the print size and PPI you entered.

Credit

Keep publication text linked to its creator and rights record.

Suggested sequence

Stable IDs connect the work.

Use the same asset ID in the brief, tracker, delivery manifest, and credit ledger. A filename may change during revision; the stable ID preserves the project decision trail.

Deliberate boundary

Evidence, not automatic approval.

These tools do not evaluate artistic quality, contracts, ownership, color profiles, layered files, or a manufacturer’s unpublished rules. Record the real partner requirements and make the final approval yourself.
