Component width, height, depth, compartment dimensions, and clearance are evaluated independently. A fit requires non-negative remaining space on every axis; the tightest axis is the one that determines whether a player can remove the component comfortably.
Use the result in a design decision
Enter sleeved cards rather than bare cards when sleeves are part of normal play. A result labelled workable should still be prototyped with real tolerance, lifting clearance, and any bag or divider.
